Family Resource Centers of Northeastern Nevada's Rural AmeriCorps Program targets service in rural communities by providing preventative health care programs for mothers and children; child development and Kindergarten readiness through Head Start; effective parenting training for at-risk families, public safety/disaster preparedness training and capacity building activities in support of Goodwill Industries.
